CHRONEXT Service Germany GmbH has initiated a reorganization procedure under its own administration as of today. This strategic decision was announced by Managing Director Frederike Knop and represents an important step towards placing the company on a sustainable recovery path. The aim of the management and the appointed consultants is to optimize the business model in the coming months and set the course for a successful future – for the company, its employees, and its customers.
"We see the current measure as a significant opportunity to reposition CHRONEXT. By initiating this procedure, we can make the necessary adjustments to secure the company's future. It is important to us that our customers know that we will continue to do everything we can to maintain their trust during this time. With regard to our consignment business, we place the utmost importance on ensuring that customer property is handled separately under self-administration. We are confident that this strategic decision lays the foundation for an even stronger and more customer-oriented CHRONEXT brand," said Frederike Knop, Managing Director of CHRONEXT Service Germany GmbH.
During the restructuring phase, the company will be supported by the experienced restructuring experts of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, attorneys Tillman de Vries and Dr. Ruth Rigol. Together with the preliminary court-appointed administrator attorney Mr. Marco Kuhlmann (KKN-Rechtsanwälte), CHRONEXT Service Germany GmbH has the opportunity to maintain its usual business operations, allowing the team to focus on ongoing projects and core competencies while customers can reach their personal contacts as usual. At the same time, necessary adjustments will be made with the advisors.
