Named after the legendary Carrera Panamericana Road race – renowned for its extreme challenges in Mexico - Jack Heuer gave the unique and impactful appellation to the TAG Heuer Carrera timepieces. The collection swiftly commended itself to the hearts and wrists of many through its precision that consistently pushed boundaries.The 2024 TAG Heuer Carrera Extreme Sport timepieces redefine the thirst for adrenaline, tailored for true motorsport enthusiasts.

Since its inception in 2016, the TAG Heuer Carrera Extreme Sport series has marked watch aficionados and TAG Heuer fans by its daring approach to racing and performance. This year’s latest iteration aims to further deepen the connection with its racing DNA, by revisiting and refining the concept to ntensify its ties to the world of racing. The 2024 TAG Heuer Carrera Extreme Sport aesthetic heralds a new era in watchmaking, where technicity seamlessly converges with preciousness. The case construction, integrating one container and two barrels on the side, enables seamless material blending. This innovative approach improves durability and underscores TAG Heuer’s commitment to pushing boundaries in watchmaking. On the side, a hollowed structure with a sandblasted finish imparts a dynamic, yet sophisticated aesthetic -echoing the adrenaline-fueled spirit of motorsport.Central to the new timepieces is the distinctive skeleton dial, ingeniously reimagined for better legibility. The intricate pattern, now featuring bold black lines, ensures effortless readability while concealing subtle elements like a shield anchored at its center, a subtle nod to the brand’s iconic logo. This configuration invites enthusiasts to delve deeper into its mechanical allure, echoing the universe of cars.

Adding depth to the dial is an open-worked date disc, layered to mimic the inside of a high-powered engine, further linking the watch to its racing DNA. Superior legibility in low-light conditions is insured with the utilization of Super-LumiNova®. To continue to elevate the look, a new integrated rubber strap compliments the new timepieces, inspired by the air intake systems ofracing cars, enhancing the overall aesthetic and wearability. The orange lacquered central second hand, grade-5 titanium crown with an orange lacquered ring, and integrated orange rubber strap complete the vibrant look, contrasting with the black date revealer amongst the rhodium-plated indexes, hours, and minute hands.

Continuing the legacy of TAG Heuer’s iconic color, the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Extreme Sport in blue features a blue flange on the rhodium-plated skeleton dial. The grade-5 titanium crown with its blue lacquered ring, mixed with the blue lacquered central second hand and integrated blue rubber strap, heightens the sophisticated appeal of this piece, blending tradition and innovation. Jack Heuer’s quest for legibility is acknowledged with the white Super-LumiNova® date revealer, activated by night with a green light.

The black DLC-coated grade-2 titanium case, paired with a black sandblasted and fine-brushed ceramic bezel with grey markings, xude modernity and elegance. The NAC-coated skeleton dial with black grained details and a grey outline, maintains the collection’s emphasis on legibility and depth. The black date disc, rhodium-plated indexes and hands tie together the sleek look of the watch, adding contrast and refinement.

The final chronograph combines grade-2 titanium, ceramic, and 18K 5N rose gold, creating a distinctive and luxurious appearance. The launch is also comprised of the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon Extreme Sport, two masterpieces showcasing TAG Heuer’s horological savoir-faire. The first, an all-black tourbillon, and the second, a luxurious gold version, are both 44mm in diameter, effortlessly blending technicity with preciousness.The first TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon Extreme Sport features a bezel, crafted from forged carbon with grey markings, which is appreciated for its lightweight yet durable properties, ideal for sporting pursuits. The skeleton NAC-coated dial with black grained details and a black flange with grey outline is enhanced with rhodium-plated indexes and hands.

The gold tourbillon variant exudes luxury with a bi-material construction, made of 18K 5N solid rose gold fine-brushed case, polished stretchers, and a black DLC-coated grade-2 titanium container. Sides of the gold stretchers are hollowed, with a fine-grained finishing. The striking design continues with a 18K 5N solide rose gold bezel featuring gold markings. The NAC-coated skeleton dialdisplays black grained details and a black flange with a golden outline, complemented by rose gold-plated indexes and hands for better legibility and elegance. Both watches have an open caseback, showcasing the movement’s intricate laser-engraved checkered pattern and a colored column wheel, adding to their elegance and legibility.
