1. From the Mickey Mouse Club to a Golden Globe
Ryan Gosling began his career in 1991, at the age of 11, when he joined Disney Channel's "The Mickey Mouse Club", where he shared the stage with Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears. After a few years, he came to prominence for his roles in The Believer and the movie adapted from The Notebook. His rise to fame culminated in a Golden Globe award for his performance in the La La Land musical.
2. He dreamed of being a dancer
Before he became an actor, Ryan Gosling wanted to be a dancer, a passion he has retained over the years. He has even been able to draw on this skill in some of his roles, notably in La La Land, where he performs elegantly choreographed sequences alongside Emma Stone.
3. A taste for risk
For The Fall Guy, Ryan Gosling performed some impressive stunts, such as being dragged across the Harbour Bridge at 60km/h, or falling 40 meters from the top of a building. On his wrist was the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph, designed for intense action and embodying the brand's "Don't Crack Under Pressure" motto.
