Following the successful launch at colette in Paris (2010), a second edition at Browns in London (2011) and a rendez-vous at Andreas Murkudis in Berlin (2012), Le Cabinet de Curiosités of Thomas Erber returns for its first American venture at the Maison Kitsuné New York Boutique and The Avant/Garde Diaries Project Space in New York City this December.
About 50 prestigious guest brands from all four corners of the globe will showcase their distinctive savoir-faire in the form of unique or limited edition pieces, auspiciously curated by Thomas Erber and created especially for the exhibition in New York City.
Vulcain created a 12-piece limited edition of the iconic 50s Presidents’ Watch featuring a 42 mm steel case housing the legendary mechanical hand-wound Cricket V-16 alarm movement equipped with the brand-patented Exactomatic system ensuring improved rating regularity on the wrist.
The exhibition takes place from December 2nd to 23rd 2013 at the Maison Kitsuné New York Boutique (1170 Broadway, New York, NY 10001) and The Avant/Garde Diaries Project Space (372 Broome street, New York, NY 10013) and will be open daily from 12 am to 8:30 pm.
