Singer Reimagined
Seven letters, three numbers: Porsche 911. Since 1964, it has been the ultimate reference in design and engineering.
It was also the starting point for the Singer Reimagined project. Building on the philosophy of Singer Vehicle Design, which is to pay tribute by improving on what they believe is the most important sports car in automotive history, Singer Reimagined has erupted onto the watchmaking scene by celebrating and reimagining what it considers to be the most iconic movement: the automatic chronograph.
To give this ambition its due, it’s important to note that the intention was to reinvent the way a chronograph works. The first Singer Reimagined collection, the Track1 Collection therefore unites the biggest mechanical reinvention of automatic chronograph movement construction, remained unchanged since its invention, with an idealised case design from the same period — an achievement rewarded at the 2018 edition of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève. Every Singer Reimagined Track1 timepiece is equipped with a genuinely revolutionary movement, featuring a central chronograph display (hours, minutes and seconds) and peripheral time display.
In 2020, the Singer Reimagined Flytrack premiered yet another bold take on chronometric instruments, allowing the running seconds hand to be instantaneously repurposed as a one-minute timer with the push of a button.
It is the most minimalistic celebration of elapsed time calculations dressed in a timeless style.
Creative audacity inhabits every aspect of Singer Reimagined, from its origins to its mechanical and aesthetic ethos.
