1. First-class athlete

Scuba diving, squash, swimming, ballet at London’s Royal Ballet School: long before she became the actress adored by Hollywood, Malaysian Michelle Yeoh was an accomplished sportswoman. She discovered martial arts films in the early 1980s, landing her first small role in the comedy The Owl vs. Bumbo.

2. Body and soul

James Bond Girl in Tomorrow Never Dies, martial arts virtuoso in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (from which Richard Mille drew inspiration for the Tourbillon RM 51-01 Tiger Dragon – Michelle Yeoh), a geisha in 1930s Japan, charmer as much as stuntwoman and kung fu expert, Michelle Yeoh is a chameleon-like actress capable of devoting herself body and soul to her performance.

3. A historic statuette

Michelle Yeoh has won countless awards since the start of her career. Since 2022, Best Actress awards for her performance in Everything Everywhere All At Once have been pouring in from all sides. The Oscar for Best Actress received in 2023 for this work made her the first Asian woman to win this supreme award.
